Create Make Learn July 31-Aug 4 in VT

I have the distinct pleasure (and fun!) of being one of the keynote speakers and teachers at this year's Create Make Learn in Burlington, VT.  If you want a wonderful week of working with other educators, exploring making, electronics, multi-media, storytelling, 3D printing, arduino and more, this is your chance! Choose from several strands, or have the flexibility to "build your own" learning experience over the week, and learn with and from lots of wonderful educators who span all the grade levels, content areas, and levels of personal experience with these wonderful tools. Acrylic Phone Stands

Design & Fabrication students in grade 9 made acrylic phone stands as a short introduction to vectors, laser cutting, engraving raster images, and bending acrylic.  Here's a few of the end products and a step by step on bending the acrylic after it's cut.
